This website

It uses no cookies, browser storage, analytics or advertising tools.
It has no forms and asks you for nothing.
It is hosted on our own server in Türkiye and loads nothing, such as fonts, scripts or images, from anywhere else.
Our server keeps no visitor access logs.
The domain is resolved by Cloudflare’s name servers; the site’s traffic does not pass through Cloudflare.

Your account details (name, email address) are kept on our own identity server in Türkiye. For security, sign-in events are kept with the IP address for 30 days. If you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile photo are received from Google.
Your recordings and notes are stored encrypted on your device.
For transcription and minutes, audio and text are sent to our own servers in Türkiye. The transcription server does not keep audio.
If you turn on sync, your recordings, notes and audio are encrypted in transit and on our server. Our server manages the keys, so it can technically decrypt this content. Your organization can turn audio sync off.
To fix sync problems, the app sends our own server error reports that contain no content, names or email addresses; they are kept for 7 days.
Account and notification emails are sent through an email service located outside Türkiye; it processes your email address and the content of the email.
The app has no ads, analytics or third-party tracking.
